Joseph Spagnola III, provides comprehensive and holistic psychiatric care for those who are 18 years old and older. Joseph works diligently with each of his clients to ensure that they are meeting their individualized health and wellness goals. Joseph promotes efforts to increase awareness for behavioral and mental health disorders.
Having over a decade of experience in healthcare and psychiatry, Joseph works in both virtual and in-person settings. Joseph is proficient in the evidence-based treatment of ADHD*, PTSD*, substance abuse and chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and more.

After graduating from the University of Saint Francis, Joseph worked at a community health center in multiple underserved areas in the city of Chicago, IL, in order to help bridge the gap in behavioral health disparities. Joseph continued his career in settings such as nursing homes, skilled facilities, rehabilitation centers, partial hospitalization programs, inpatient hospitals, and outpatient psychiatric facilities.
Joseph holds a nationally recognized board certification in psychiatry through the ANCC*, and he is a multi-nominated Daisy Award Winner at a Magnet-Status hospital. Joseph became a clinical preceptor supervising nurse practitioner PMHNP* students at universities such as NKU, EKU, Walden University, and Herzing University.
