- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with treatment authorizations
- Managing front-end and back-end billing processes
- Work aged accounts, verify insurance benefits, and resolve outstanding claims
- Review, correct, and resubmit denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement
- Conduct brief patient phone screenings
- Support clinicians with TMS and Spravato treatments (training provided)
- Manage insurance authorizations and other administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable team player
- Comfortable multitasking and familiar with EMR systems
- Experience in a medical or mental health office is a plus, but not required
- Monday–Friday, 36–40 hours/week (some flexibility for evenings or occasional Saturdays)
- $18–$21 per hour starting pay (based on experience)

As an employee or independent contractor, ISBH offers you the opportunity to work with a motivated and engaged patient population, earn excellent compensation and actively manage your work-life balance. While the current staff has grown to include the physician/owner, one psychiatric nurse practitioner and a group of seven therapists and social workers there exists an urgent need for additional med management services.
Ideal candidates are certified psychiatrists with at least one year of experience in a psychiatric setting or a minimum of three years of experience treating psychiatric disorders in a family or general practice setting.
License to practice in state of Illinois is required along with active DEA registration.

ISBH is a diverse, multidisciplinary group in Chicago’s western suburbs, including psychiatry, psychology and counseling practicing a collaborative and integrative model of care to treat clients across the lifespan.
ISBH sees individuals who have a variety of presenting problems such as acute mood disorders to anxiety disorders, adjustment to life stress and traumatic events and management of acute and chronic mental and medical illnesses. Our clinicians work together to support the varied needs of the community. Clinicians must be available to work weekday afternoons and evenings. Front desk and administrative support is available for weekend hours.
