Joseph Spagnola III, provides comprehensive and holistic psychiatric care for those who are 18 years old and older. Joseph works diligently with each of his clients to ensure that they are meeting their individualized health and wellness goals. Joe utilizes advanced treatments and tools, such as Spravato (esketamine) and genetic testing, as needed in cases of treatment-resistant conditions.

Mr. Spagnola’s knowledge of pharmacology (medication management) is comprehensive, as is his ability to work with patients across the lifespan and coming from diverse backgrounds. This stems from his extensive and varied experience, having worked in continuing care nursing facilities, rehab centers, partial and inpatient hospitals and outpatient psychiatric clinics.
Joseph graduated from University of St. Francis and, later, became a multi-nominated Daisy Award Winner at a Magnet-Status hospital. Notably, Joe took on the role of clinical preceptor, wherein he supervised advanced nurse practitioner students at NKU, EKU, Walden University and Herzing University.
