Jason Blake, LCSW*
Jason Blake is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups. Jason provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. He provides a safe and compassionate place for people to share their struggles. He enjoys assisting clients to develop new ways to manage life’s difficulties. His approach incorporates various therapeutic interventions that include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Logotherapy.
Jason has a passion and gift for working with adolescent males and their families. He is exceptionally skilled in his ability to engage with his clients and is able to develop positive therapeutic relationships. Jason also has specialized training in the areas of working with adoptive/foster families, juvenile sex offenders, and victims of childhood trauma.

Jason values assisting clients to work towards well-being that includes care of their mind, body, and spirit by assisting them to identify concrete and specific ways that will allow them to achieve this. He believes that the reduction of unpleasant emotional, cognitive, and emotional states is an essential step but is steadfast in his belief that it is also necessary to develop skills to intentionally create happiness and joy in one’s life.
Jason earned his Masters of Science in Social Work from The University of Wisconsin in 1993, and has worked in a wide variety of settings with very diverse populations.
