2. Verify whether your insurance coverage includes mental health services, specifically psychiatric and psychotherapy treatments (indicate that the requested information is for the outpatient clinic setting).
3. Ask if your insurance coverage includes LCPC (Incensed Clinical Professional Counselor) service.
4. Ask for the number of permittable psychotherapy visits per year.
