Are you hearing comments like:  “How could you vote that way?”  “We should shut down the country again”  “It’s time to end the protests”  
 
Strategies to Manage Differences of Opinion and Conflict
1.   Choose your battles! 
  • Differences of opinion and conflicts can be emotionally draining
  • Consider if it’s worth your time and energy
 
2.   Practice active listening
  • Listen to what is being felt as well as what is being said
  • Listen to understand not just to respond
 
3.   Find common ground
  • “We both think the environment is important”
 
4.   Stay calm! Don’t make it personal.

Prescription refill requests are accepted during office hours only and will  be processed within 3 business days.


NOTE: Patients with urgent or life threatening situations should ​call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.​​
