After hours messages sent to Dr. Srinivas Rao, Martin Mika, APN and Pollyanna Vujovic, MSN, FNP will be responded to generally within one hour and may incur a fee. Here are a few examples you may want to consider before sending a message:

- Suspected side effects of a new medication or medication change are, in most cases, assessed without cost.
- Extended conversations may lead to a telephone consult charge.
- Urgent medication refills due to foreseeable circumstances (such as a vacation) will likely lead to a service fee.
