Andrew Phillips is a dedicated mental health and addiction therapist with extensive experience in
helping individuals, couples and families overcome the challenges of mental illness and substance use disorders. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), specializing in integrated treatment approaches that address the complexities and functioning barriers that individuals with mental health and addiction face daily. Andrew received his Master's degree in Social Work from Aurora University and has since
pursued additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). His therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their concerns and develop effective coping strategies. |
Prior to joining our team, Andrew worked as a therapist in community mental health. He works closely with clients to set realistic and achievable goals, build resilience, and empowers them to become more self-confident.
