Alice Song, LPC*
Picture
Alice is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited university in Minneapolis.   She has helped many individuals, varying in age, gender, sexual orientation, and cultural background to navigate through past trauma, grief, anger, anxiety and depression.  Ms. Song practices from a holistic approach, integrating the mind and body through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, mindfulness and meditation.

Alice believes in the individual’s ability to heal with the support, attention and empathy from a therapist who empowers and nurtures this innate ability. Through her client-centered approach, Alice works side by side with her clients to help them process their way through intense emotional experiences.  During the journey, she facilitates development of their unique coping skills while enhancing their tenacity and resilience to life’s ever-changing demands.

*Licensed Professional Counselor

"Sometimes, it feels like there is no way out.  The pain, the agony, the suffering is just too much to bear.  Nobody understands and you feel judged and alone.  Counseling is a place where you will be safe, heard, understood, connected, and cared for.  Allow me to walk with you on this healing path together."
